AI Summit 2023 open for Registration
RegHorizon and ETH Zurich's Center for Law & Economics are excited to announce the 4th AI Policy Summit, which contines the multi-stakeholder dialogue with leading experts in exploring the use of public policy and societal engagement to capture the benefits of AI, minimize its risks, and enhance its adoption. The AI Policy Summit 2023 will take place in-person and online on November 3 – 4, 2023 at the ETH Zurich campus.
Benjamin Arold (CLE) wins "Fürther Ludwig Erhard Prize 2023" for his Dissertation
On September 18, Benjamin Arold, postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Law & Economics (CLE), won the "Fürther Ludwig Erhard Prize 2023". Since 2003, this prize has been awarded to recently graduated scientists, whose dissertations are innovative and relevant for the economy, society, and the environment.
Prof. Stefan Bechtold (CLE) elected as Associate Vice President for IP Policy
At its last meeting, the Executive Board of ETH Zurich elected Prof. Stefan Bechtold from the Center for Law & Economics (D-GESS) as its Delegate for IP Policy. This appointment is part of the plan of the Executive Board to dedicate more resources to the strategic development of intellectual property issues at ETH Zurich.
