Biography
Raquel De Haro is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Center for Law & Economics. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration from University Pompeu Fabra, a Master of Law from the International University of La Rioja, and a Master on Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the International University of Valencia. Prior to joining ETH, Raquel worked at the European Commission, the Catalan Competition Authority, and in the top law firm Cuatrecasas, as well as as a lecturer in commercial and labour law at Fundació Universitària TecnoCampus. Raquel is admitted to the Spanish bar.
Research Interests
Raquel’s research interests revolve around the critical examination of the digital landscape regulation, with a particular focus on the EU level (DSA, DMA, AI Act, Data Act). Her work strives to provide policy recommendations for a comprehensive digital regulatory framework that boosts innovation while protecting fundamental human rights in the digital age.
