Martin Monsch joining CLE
We are happy to announce that Martin Monsch has joined our team at the Center for Law & Economics, working as a postdoctoral researcher in the Law, Economics, and Business and Intellectual Property Group.
Martin is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Law & Economics at ETH. Before joining ETH, he worked as a research and teaching assistant to Professor Hans Caspar von der Crone at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich. He received a Ph.D. in law from that faculty in 2018 for his research related to regulatory aspects of high-frequency trading. Martin is a graduate from the University of Zurich School of Law, studied at the University Paris-Nanterre, and is admitted to the Zurich bar. In addition to his academic activities, he worked in a startup for legal services, in more traditional law firms, and as a law clerk at the Zurich District Court.
